  1. Hello, Microvolts fans! How is your life treating you? This is Leo, the director of Microvolts Recharged. The final Closed Beta Test that lasted for three weeks has come to an end. Surprisingly, many of you participated, and I was pleasantly amazed to see how many players are anticipating our game. During the CBT, we received numerous bug reports and feedback. We've been diligently reading and organizing all the feedback you provided. It's clear that this feedback will greatly assist us in moving in the right direction. Thank you once again for your supporting in making a joyful and delightful Microvolts. Throughout this final CBT, we recognize that there were areas where we could have made a better impression, and there were aspects that left us feeling somewhat unsatisfied. We acknowledge the improvements needed in areas like the Training Centers, League, user interface enhancements, new voice, and more – elements we've yet to unveil. While we're still identifying aspects for improvement, we are currently preparing for the official launch. The launch date is set for September 9th(updated) Aug 26th internally, and soon you can expect announcements and marketing campaigns to commence. I want to stress that the official launch is just the beginning. I view this service with a long-term perspective. From small to big challenges, I believe that addressing them one by one over years, or even longer, will ultimately result in a more refined service. My goal is to provide a delightful Microvolts experience throughout your lifetime. When you close the game, I'd like to ask, 'Did you have a good time?' I'll strive to earn a resounding 'yes' in response to that question. I will listen to your feedback and put in effort. Thank you for continuously supporting and cherishing the beloved Microvolts. Once again, our warmest gratitude is extended to you. Kind regards, Leo
  2. Thank you for constantly sharing your opinion. We have received a lot of feedback about level icons. It will be revamped with its old level icon concept as the level limit has been renewed. We have confirmed the final proposal. We are concerned about whether we can manage it before the official launch. (If we cannot manage it by then, it will be applied after the official release.) Also, could you please take a screenshot of 1920x1024 resolution and share it with us? If you are using full screen mode, please re-check after setting the monitor's resolution and the game's resolution to be the same. Thank you.
  3. Awe... Battle Royale with 100 people......... 100 people.......................
  4. Thank you for your supportive feedback. Thanks to the organized and detailed bug information from your YouTube clip, it is easy to realize the issue and helpful to make the game more perfect. The issue will be organized and sent to related department. We are aware of CROUCH SPAM, and it will be discussed soon. Lastly, some issues could be resolved this week.
  5. Thank you for sharing your opinion. Your feedback will be reviewed internally. Unfortunately, the RT Test is not going to be held in this third CBT, as we decided internally. We ask for your understanding. We have received a lot of feedback about level icons. It will be revamped with its old level icon concept as the level limit has been renewed. We have confirmed the final proposal. We are concerned if we can manage it before official launch. (If we cannot manage it by then, it will be applied after the official release.) Discovered service issues during the 1st and 2nd CBT, like server crashes, being unable to sign in, etc., have been fixed. We are keeping an eye on client stability and fixing several bugs. Please keep an eye on the future steps. Once again, Thank you for helping us make MVR that everyone loves. We will do our best, and we appreciate both your support and constructive feedback.
  6. Thank you for your thoughtful opinion. Your feedback for each weapon type would be valuable information for us. Contents have been delivered to the design department and will be reviewed closely. We think that feedback will be a great help in improving the completeness of MVR. There are many options for tuning weapons at this moment. and we think the better way can come out as players get used to the game, so we'll take more time to make it well-balanced. With all the feedback from users, we are planning to verify and optimize various data points through statistical information from actual users' play. It's hard to promise to make the game well balanced in a short time, but I will continuously work hard to make users have an enjoyable experience in MVR. Once again, Thank you for helping us make MVR that everyone loves. We will do our best, and we appreciate both your support and constructive feedback.
  7. Thank you for sharing your opinion. We are well aware of your points. About the UI Quality, We added a higher screen resolution that was not available before. It seems to be a problem that the high resolution emphasizes the low quality of the texture itself, which was not a problem with the previous low resolution. At this moment, these parts cannot be solved due to cost constraints since they require resource remastering, so if more users enjoy the game in the future, We can review them then. We also hope that we get a chance to solve this problem in the future. And it might be a setup problem, so if you are using full screen mode, please re-check after setting the monitor's resolution and the game's resolution to be the same.
  8. We are well aware of your points. The feedback you gave us will be summarized and delivered to the design department. We are monitoring the balance adjudication parts. There will be many options for tuning weapons, and we think the better way can come out as players get used to the game, so we'll take more time to manage it. Feedback from players could be a reference, but what we are planning is to verify and optimize various data points through statistical information from actual users' play. We have confirmed the final proposal. (We are concerned about whether we can manage it before the official launch. If we cannot manage it by then, it will be applied after the official release.) We are also planning a new project, "Official Guild Tournament Event," after its opening. It will be a great chance to show off the guild's abilities and honor. We ask for your interest and participation. Thank you.
  10. Thank you. We hope everyone has an enjoyable time while playing MVR. We also think that MVR is not perfect at this moment, as you pointed out. We will officially launch MVR soon after this CBT. What we can promise you is that the official release is just the beginning, and we will continue to improve on its shortcomings. And we are looking at this service in the long run. If we overcome a lot of challenges, from small to big, one by one, over many years or more, We'll be able to create a more complete service someday. Our goal is to provide "Happy Microvolts" for all players during my lifetime. We will listen to users even more and do our best. Thank you for supporting us to make MVR step up.
  11. We think that is a fully reasonable idea. We will leave RT as a symbol of MVR at this moment.
  12. Thank you for sharing your opinion. All the feedback on the post and comments have been delivered to the design department.
  13. Thank you for sharing your opinion. We are doing last-minute work to apply presets this week 😄 We have discovered service issues during the 1st and 2nd CBT, like server crashes, being unable to sign in, etc., but those issues have been fixed. We believe that it was such a relief to discover them before our official launch. We will do our best to provide you with a stable service. Thank you.
  14. Thank you for sharing your opinion. Your feedback has been reviewed so we took actions to make 32-bit as a default and if 16-bit support is not available(for some users), it will block users to change the settings. It will be applied to this week's patch.
  15. Thank you for sharing your opinion from various perspectives. I will refer to it when I think about directions of the game. I appreciate it.

  21. Thank you for your feedback. Last weekend's STEAM login issue was caused by our issue, and we resolved it. Thank you very much.
  22. Hi there, Unfortunately, 21:9 resolution is unavailable. When we force the current resolution to change, characters look massive since the right-to-left ratio increases. In order to fix this matter, since there are too many issues and resources are necessary, we might not consider providing assistance. Thank you for your understanding.

  24. We have already pursued No P2W and designed MVR. Which factors make you feel MVR is a P2W game? Regardless of payment, though there are differences in skins, the gameplay is still fair. According to our design, both basic and premium items have the same abilities, and there are a few requirements for tuning items. Basic items are sold for 100 MP. Batteries can be obtained through gameplay, but we sell 500 batteries for 120 MP. Especially in order to adjust the game, we designed to be given a fair amount of MP in the early phase. Although membership players can save time by having unlimited battery, we designed the game so that F2P users can equip some presets for the first stage. We are inevitable to pursue some profits for lifelong service. The profits from players are used for making joyful content, new skins, and good infrastructure. In this aspect, the game is free and there are an individual's skills, fame, characteristics, and affection—the development keywords we seek—only showing off your characteristics imply a premium-based aspect from this side. The game itself is free of charge, but the concept is that payment is needed to show off their characteristics. However, we want to underline that there is no difference between enjoying the game. After the official release, we hope you have an amazing time with Microvolts. Thank you.
  25. Hello, We have re-recorded the voice lines for Kai and $harkill Khan, and they will be applied in the official release. We hope everyone will like them. Additionally, there was a bug with Kai's pose, where it was set as a female Figure pose. This will also be fixed. Thank you for your interest.
