Explanation This is going to be a list of things I personally think the game is missing and would make the game way better. However I'm ONLY going to list things that should be easier to implement through existing game files, such as different game modes, servers and simple systems. So lets get started. 1. Game Modes As of now, we only have a select few different game modes to choose from, while these current game modes have always been the most played and most popular game modes, sometimes you feel like playing, or trying other game modes. Some game modes I personally miss are: Square Mode (For testing purposes), Arms Race and Boss Battle. However, there are also more game modes that others might enjoy that we're missing, such as: Item Match, Super Item match and Close Combat. Then last but maybe even most importantly, is Clan Wars, This is something the game needs, it's always been the biggest part to differentiate skilled players, to non skilled players, as well as different type of groups within both communities. Also, the most watched type of videos on Youtube are Clan wars, where top clans were playing against each other. 2. Low Level Servers Low level servers is something the game is going to need, I can't put enough emphasis on this. Just the past week I've realized there's a huge influx of new and old returning players who have lost their skill, needs time to build it back up and re-learn the game. But due to some people having played a private server for a while, these people have gotten so good the new and returning players spend more time dead than actually playing the game. I've heard and seen so many people quitting the game because it's just too hard to get into. So I believe fixing servers for lets say, level 0-50 only would make this experience way better for the new and returning players. 3. Current tutorial I strongly believe the current Tutorial should be fixed up slightly, or fully remade. It has major problems like, the targets you shoot with the bazooka have incorrect hitboxes and sometimes it's actually harder to hit them, than it is to miss them. Sometimes shooting a direct shot at them wont even hit. Along with this, the current Tutorial does not teach, talk, or tell anything about the Swapping system or mechanics for the game. This is something that should be taught in the tutorial of the game, since it's basically mandatory for everyone in the game to learn. I've taught many of the new players for MVR about swapping, and personally taught them how to do it. A simple fix could be to: make the shotgun target take 2-4 shots, and changing up the chat box and or voice lines to explain the swapping system for new players. 4. Random Tips The game should have random popup windows with game related tips when idling in lobby, or in the loading screen while entering a match. The type of tips should be gameplay related, or weapon related, tip examples: Remember that Enemies can hear your footsteps! Headshots deal more damage than body shots. Weapons will reload while holstered. Re-equipping a weapon after shooting allows you to fire the weapon faster. (Short explanation of swapping) 5. Grinding System A lot of people have been asking for a grind system/reason to play the game. This could be implemented in various ways such as: Way to farm MP for Limited Capsule. Capsule drops with chance for: MP, Battery, Boss Battle tickets and Seasonal Items. New farmable currency for weapon customizations like weapon color changes and or weapon glows Leaderboards with rewards for top placements. Examples: Play time, Performance, Levels, Experience Gained, Kills, Clan Score. 6. Clans Clans currently feel, utterly useless and irrelevant. There's no reason to create a clan, join a clan or search for a clan. Joining or creating a clan, makes no difference inside of the game since there are no visible clan icons, no clan chat and no clan wars. -Slauj

I would say the rewards, its more fun to play to get a certain reward like MP or achieve a certain rank, casual gameplay gets boring after a while when there is nothing to get.

They should give MP for each game played, you win very little and it is demotivating. In addition to adding more customization in the store and lowering the prices, they are too high. And for my own pleasure I think that more game modes would be fun.

More customization options coupled with MP match rewards. That's really it. At the moment I only log in when I feel like playing for the sake of playing since I have very little to grind towards. At most there is an accessory I still want to buy for 9600 MP but being at 1000 MP currently makes it rather demotivating with only getting MP through leveling.

Personally, I was a huge fan of the original Microvolts website, with some modernization that thing would've been amazing. Really embraced what MV was and it's theme was everywhere, with no logos or words you could tell what game it was for easily, this website not so much besides the one background picture.

Hey! I'm Serph. I'm new to the game and I was thinking about what could be done to the game, that helps beginners to learn the game.. since the player count is already dropping(taking steamcharts as my source) and I am kinda thinking it has to do with the skill gap that is created naturally due to many old people playing the game(which is great! love that loyalty ^^). I was thinking about beginner channels(which was a missed chance at launch of recharged). Though those tend to have lots of stinky smurfs.. What are your ideas? ~ Serphinious (Joey)

Hello, i personally believe that although the upgrades modify the weapon's stats, it won't be a problem since everyone can reach the same level. It's very different from the previous system we all know about, such as ADVs, which had way better stats than the classic ones (both at lvl 0). Of course, if upgrade levels get increased to 5 or 9, the improvement in terms of numbers must be lifted and re-balanced.

I mean it's quite simple. The gameplay.

I just wish they'd implement the fallback mechanism MVS had. When spinning you filled a meter, and when that meter is filled you get a bonus capsule with increased odds. Would really make the business model seem less predatory.

I'll keep this short, the new levels are very pointless, why make it so easy to get from 0 to 100 where you could make it hard to get to 100 and have that huge number have a point. Second of all, the icons are very bad, I'd really rather have the old icons and leveling system back. MP is very hard now to obtain especially after level 100, to level up you need thousands of EXP and until then you cannot obtain MP, bring back obtaining MP from matches.

Hey there! The admin from the official discord server mentioned today that "it will take some time" for Clan Wars/Ranked mode to be released. In Masangsoft's terms, this could mean waiting for months, if not years. So, why don't we kickstart what we truly love - the competitive aspect of MV? A few of us are thinking of organising an MV tournament to spice things up a little. There is a catch though. We're considering implementing a small entry fee (subject to Masangsoft permission). Example: Entry fee: €5 Participants: 200 Prize pool: €1,000 (1st team wins - 500€, 2 - 250€, 3 - 100€, 4 - 50€, 5 - 25€) (4 per team) I'd like to gauge your general interest in this idea. Most of us may remember that health and ammo used to drop from dead players. Then one day they updated it so they spawn in various spots in maps. Personally, I preferred the old way. When they got rid of this, in my opinion, is one of the big ways Surge started going down hill. Give us this option back.

I'm pretty sure I speak for everyone when I say this. Please, Please bring back Visible Clan Icons In Game, As well as the Clan Chats and Clan Wars. This is so important for creating a community and to differentiates the different Clans and Communities from each others. So I ask you who see this, please vote on this strawpoll, let's put some attention on this and make a change!

Gameplay, Events relating to gameplay, rewards!

Hello, i love to see people who do their best trying to create something for the Community. I've personally expressed a negative feedback on the poll, since i'm not interested in taking part into such tournaments. Although i'm not sure whether the Community is looking for such things in this exact moment, ( i believe that now people want to know in which direction the game is gonna go, big updates, new maps, new gamemodes and so on), i support your venture!

It is a cool initiative for sure, but imo the game isn't ready yet for a tournament hosting. The balance is not that stable yet; the amount of players that will come is rather doubtful, anti-cheat system is easy to break and for the money (RT) prize, they will be motivated to do it. Not to mention, that hosting such a tournament with the mentioned capacity is very, VERY hard, telling you as a former Event Supporter. Without some permissions that [MOD]'s would have, it will be rather painful than enjoyable. Cool initiative, but I'd suggest giving it more time.

I feel as a started they could atleast bring back Square Mode since it's already in the files, and works by using Third Party Software (Some guy made a square mode room for me in last beta) This mode, along with other modes such as: item Match, Super Item Match, Close Combat (Melee Only), Arms Race and Boss Battle.

That would be cool! Im not in cus i just have my clan alone cus i want to keep the clan name alive, but if you guys stream the tournament i'll gladly see the stream!

Better MP rewards, more items and more competitive gameplay

Upgrade weapons, new maps, new content, community event, chat room, voice chat, new UI, new figures, new effect, mp get from match, GMs, the events in the world timeline like Ramadan or halloween something like that Uptade sound and ost Ect ect ect....

Suggestion: A repackage item, that costs 5 - 10k MP (or 500 rt). This item makes it so that you can repackage any weapon you opened from capsules allowing you to choose a different variant at a cost.

Bomb mode was really funny like cs:go or valorant but with a really fast pace. We are all waiting for the level rewards to get fixed but they already said they were seeing that 1 week ago...

Yeah, I saw some people getting kicked for too high/low KDR, which is pretty dumb.. the game doesn't have many players to begin with and trying to get them out of the game is just wrong. Probably a reason for the low playercount being that beginners get kicked due to "destroying" the game for the people, that played the game for years. Idk, trying to make new guys feel bad for that is pretty messed up..

Yup, right now every player looks the same, 10 capsules with sets, (chip im not even gonna count) and thats not what we want, old Mv every player was different, different set, accs, everythink. We want that back!

I hope so, the only goal for me is customize my characters, without MP I can't do anything.

Talking about the design, I'm fine with the way it is now. In the past (MV Surge), the Forum used to be separated into languages, and it was nice! However, I don't know if there's enough players using the Forum to separate it today, as doing it would also require a moderator for each language. Adding more categories to organize everything would be cool, but I wouldn't say it's really needed as there are other problems waiting to be solved. I wish they either removed everything that causes "403 Forbidden" or fixed it. It seems like they blocked it to avoid spam or something like this, but didn't remove the features. I would love to see the old emojis from the MVS forum, but that's probably impossible. 😆

I like the game, but I also like to get rewards, playing for both things, and I like to customize my character. The problem is the way you level up and finish a game, nothing rewards you in a good way, for example. The level in the first 100 goes up extremely fast and they give you 300MP per level. Starting at level 100+ they still give you 300MP but you level up very slowly. I think we need a middle ground if you are going to use this system, neither too easy nor too difficult. It is also ugly to connect every day of the month/week to receive 10 MP. We need 230 > 10 MP coins to throw 1 MP capsule 💀 The calendar gives you little MP (10 MP/100 MP)💀 The daily connection gives few MP (10 MP/100 MP)💀 Achievements give MP and some are buggy, (obviously the achievements are obtained 1 time). Daily quests give little MP. 120 (140-170) The weekly ones give 700 MP and take time. (I dont complain) In short, when you run out of achievements, without what the weekly and daily missions give (because you have already completed them), you are left to depend on the level. Taking everything else out, we need to go up 8 levels to open a MP capsule. The worst of all is: Not getting MP for finishing a game is really sad. I DO NOT SUPPORT other ILLEGAL methods to obtain MP/RT. I love the game, I hope they fix it.

So i decided to check on Trash heroes online(Toy heroes) to see if its still up and I didn't know they were holding an art contest and uh.. some random dude stole my art haha This is only for goofs and laughs, dont actually send hate as i dont encourage sending hate to anyone! im not upset or anything, i find this situation kinda funny i mean me and my sister were laughing at it for at least a minute so no hard feelings! even though this person is basically getting rewards out of stealing my stuff but when you are an artist on the internet theres always gonna people stealing your art, happened to me multiple times actually! And to my fellow artists! If you are one, consider adding your name or signature to your works! As for people might use your works uncredited and will use it for profit or personal gain, i dont really support what this dude did because stealing a persons work uncredited and without any permission is wrong, but im not really gonna do anything about it tbh..eh I'll just sweep it under the rug... I don't really mind the new leveling system personally, it's got a lot of improvement to be done, that being said, I'd rather not have the old level Icons, I've seen, had and used them for about 13 years now, they've been getting old. I don't like these new icons, and I do prefer the old ones from the EU version of the og Microvolts but I want something new and or fresh, and I think the best option might be to let the the fans, us the players, make art for the levels, and then later have US vote on which we would want to see in the game. I'd love to see new, fun and cool level icons instead of what we have now, which is just: color switch for 100-200 levels, then a shape change with the same color concept, as well as the numbers going outside of most of the shapes we have. but in short, I just want new icons but good ones. Maybe we should have an Leveling icon Art Contest where we get to vote for the icons we like the most, and then the winner maybe gets a big chunk of RT as compensation for using these leveling Icons?
