Masangsoft doesnt care about the game. They only care about the money, this happened with previous games that they bought and it will be the same with microvolts aswell. The 1st problem that the community ignored was that they changed the client and didnt update the most recent one which was Surge version even tho it wasnt the best, shouldve been the one that they started with not an older one....

Take screenshots of where u bought RT(there should be smth on steam that shows what you bought like a history or smth), post those on imgur then you can go to the official page for MVR, then log-in with ur forum account or steam account which one u want. Youll see top right of the site support press that after you know what to do from there but when posting the link remove the first part ( youtube.com/feed/subscriptions ) <- should look something like that.. Try to contact a moderator aswell just in case

The best we can do for them to actually look and maybe give a good response is to spam their support team with tickets to switch back to Microvolts Surge version and just keep the name recharged since they revived it and start easy by removing the god weapons(which can be added back but not with the same stats) and so on.

Its most likely from the client that they are using(its an older one not the MVS one) and doesnt have the stuff MVS had, thats why theres some changes or unadded stuff. But yea i agree, they ruined it and started milking the game

They can change the old level requirements i guess Why do y'all even have any hope left with the latest update 💀. The old client that they are using instead of MicroVolts surge one. They are pushing old client updates from old MV(or were atleast pushing updates)

They would need to add more level icons if they actually plan on using the old level system & icons. Because im level 158 and i have 1 million experience which would be level 95 into the old level system from MicroVolts Surge.(info might be wrong but i looked at Microvolts surge fandom)

Well try to answer these questions and ill see if i can help you with anything. Whats the error that the client gives when the game crashes(if it gives you one) What are ur specs? Do you have windows 11?

I mean if you have google running in ur background it would be likely to take away from the smoothness the game has for ut to be normal you should alt tab first to discord then the game.
