I'm still not sure about this but, it seems like after the system will be implemented, they could probabily give out the RTs according to the current level, as well as, to people who will level up in the future. e.g. "X" player is (today) level 25 -> will get 200RT "Y" player is (today) level 95 -> will get 900RT and so on. Otherwise, this game is also good When this game was first released, weren't everyone very curious about the reward?
