About the coupon code, i personally believe that it's just a matter of time. I've been reading about other players, who got the same problem with coupon codes overall, and they got their rewards later. The issue regarding the missing RT, would require you to investigate your payments history, looking for a failed payment or something. Please if you notice that the transition was completed, i truly suggest you to contact the support team.

There is nothing you should be worried about, due to the fact that every moderator's work will be analyzed by the staff. Therefore, if a moderator results incompetent, the staff will take appropriate actions in order to fix the issue.

I think that the kick system has never been used for the purpose it was created. Behind any vote, there has never been a further investigation from the support team, which led to people abusing it, let me explain it. Technically the vote system is good, but it's not used as it should. Usually players use it to kick good players from the room, probabily for envy or other unnecessary reasons, therefore i believe that the staff should give a different and deeper importance to the vote, making the players liable of their actions. New System: You can start a vote as you normally do but under a few more conditions and responsabilities: a) Inappropriate language: You write the timestamp and the words used and the support team checks the chat logs, if the staff finds evidence about it, will proceed towards the reported player. b) Using of glitches: You upload a screenshot or a video to the support team, and they will proceed taking actions towards the reported player. c) Using cheats: You upload any form of evidence to the support team, and they will proceed taking actions towards the reported player. d) Disturbing other players: You upload any form of evidence to the support team, and they will proceed taking actions towards the reported player. Q: What's the difference between this and the older system? A: This time the votes are analized by the staff team, and if the votes are not confirmed by the staff e.g. ( no evidence uploaded ) actions will be taken towards the players that started the votes, vice versa according to the importance of the votes, the staff might redeem the players to encourage them in using it for the correct purpose. Hello, Since the message of account blocked is strictly related to the account i would suggest you to contact the support team. Usually, when your game crashes due to a server incapacity or an issue with your internet, it's clear that the issue is related to a technical one, but if you are experiencing the message of account suspended or blocked, i would say it's related to the account itself. It might be a server kick or something, that's why i suggest you to contact the support team for clear and further information about it.

I agree with you, i find it a little bit messy and useless. I was in the shop, and it looks full of items, as the slate hammer serie, but actually it's just a mess of the same weapons. I don't mind the ABC system although, i would prefer that capsule items had their own unique stats, which don't have to be overpowered at all, just unique.

I'm very happy with the current capsule situation at the moment. Although, i find the capsule itself quite messy, i think that the win rates kinda satisfied me. I managed to get full Wedding Set x2, all the Sea Wasp serie x2 and a few more things.
