Screen scanning speed affects the entire game situation?

Why do I always feel slow to react to players maybe they use a high screen scanning speed?

 

sometimes they kill me and I kill them too?

This is too bad because the game is not the same as before

 

and The immortality time has a problem, it can last about 4 or 5 seconds

I emphasize: NOT WORTH PLAYING

 

there's more, Eu server responds better than SEA?

I mean, EU is the main server so it somewhat makes sense.
