If its capped at 75FPS you should check if you have V-Sync enabled in your graphic settings.

Maybe the update changed some of your graphic settings.

To remove the FPS cap you can use -novsync as launch option, this will totally disable vsync

 

How?:

- Press Right Mouse Click on MVR

- Select "Properties"

- Add -novsync in to "Launch Options" and save

(optional)

- Add -useallavailablecores to the "Launch Options", this may fix the issue aswell

I have been constantly experiencing stuttering after the update.

I don't know if it's the same problem but my game freezes for 4s as if it were a packet loss, but it's not, I've already formatted the PC and everything but it still has problem. This was after this update, as it was normal.
