Items was: Fire sorceress gloves (Pandora) and Fire sorceress outfit (PANDORA) I really would like to get those items back, Thanks! If they can't verify that, I'm afraid there are little to no chances of getting your items back. Despite that, I really hope you get them back as I know how frustrating it is to lose an item you didn't want to lose. I sold an outfit by mistake and I'm still thinking about it, lol. Davi 115 Share Posted September 28, 2023 Hello, open up another ticket, since they close them as far as they reply and explain them the issue once again. Type the title as they suggested you, and tell them that the items in the subject disappeared after being tuned. Either there's an excessive influx of tickets or a ton of folks are trying to snag "free" items. So, the real issues just end up getting swept under the rug.
