I unboxed a Sniper Capsule, can't see it

I don't know about any case yet.

So how are you getting the information about this "5 day" rule? We've seen a whole lot of people talking about accidentally deleting something. Have they mentioned it somewhere?

Please refrain from sharing false information and possibly spreading false hope..

 

So I went and did the test. I deleted some elegant socks and asked them. 
They replied within 5 hours with the following:

In their Operation Policy they state that items deleted for server issues and other external factors can be restored providing evidence.

Therefore i assumed, that since this person that wrote the post, didn't talk about deleting its own item, i quoted the Company's terms, since it might be a different issue.

I don't know whether this case applies to the person who wrote the post, but in case it does, this information may be useful for him to know.
