You can create or access the Clan page?

  1. 1. Hello, I wanted to know if there are more people who cannot access to create or join a Clan on the page.

    • Yes, I can join a clan, or create one.

    • Yes, I can only join a clan, but It won't allow me to create one.

    • Yes, I can create one, but it won't let me join a public one.

    • No, I can't log in, (it asks me to log in to Steam infinite times) or (another error).

In my case, I can't access the page, I authorize steam and nothing happens. I can't access or create a clan.

I know that you need a minimum level 20 to access or create one, but I'm level 102 and I still can't.
