  1. ❧Try closing Steam and logging in again. ❧Be careful if the antivirus or Windows firewall is interrupting a file, blocking it, etc. ❧On the other hand, go to Steam > MicroVolts > Right click > Properties > Installed files > Verify integrity of game files. ❧ Repair system files: command prompt > sfc /scannow (search on Google for command list). ❧ Disable extensions from Microsoft Edge or from another browser if you use it. ❧ Update drivers/windows updates. ❧ Reinstall .dll (or the dll that told you the error) by doing a Google search. If none of this works you should contact support by accessing the official website. On the other hand you have the general discord chat. If you have anything else to add about resolved bugs, it would be appreciated. If I can help you or you need quick help, you can find me in the game's official Discord by joining it and, simply writing in the channel "help_and_tips".
  2. The current level system is extremely bad and there's no downside or upside to levels. Previously it could take you a few hours to reach level 10, while now currently, you gain 1 level per match finished. Also, before performance used to matter when leveling, so the more skilled players would reach the higher levels faster. It was a way to Seperate the Pro players, with the farmer's and the new players. Having this 1 match per level experience system is going to break that entire dynamic, and new players wont be able to know who to turn to. Level's are crucial in any game due to this reason. I believe changing the exp per level, so it would take hundreds if not thousands of hours to reach max level. Supposedly in previous versions, it's taken people over 4 years to reach max level. It's a fun but engaging way to focus your attention on the game, it keeps the grind up. This is just way more enjoyable. Also the current leveling system fully 100% removes the reason to have a level 20 requirement to create a clan, you just have to play 20 quick free for all's which can be done in under an hour easily.
  3. MicroVolts Beta 3.0 - Feedback This will topic will have major and minor feedback. Misc Lvl 99 has the lvl 98 icon. Remove AI mode as it is useless especially for a beta. Sometimes the scoreboard doesnt want to show up when i press TAB. After the match when you press the button to exit and go back to lobby the cursor doesnt show, you have to press ENTER for chat then press on the exit button. You can stream the game on discord(you have to stream on screen 1 for the game not to crash) Too many bugs/glitches that make the game crash.(some of them werent in beta 2.0) If you lower the resolution from 1920x1024 the game gets pixelated Things to add throughout the beta More accessories, sets/parts and weapons.(especially the new sets the team did) Add clan system to work in-game. Ranked and league mode so we can give feedback to them. Item presets. Game glitches / bugs Sometimes when i leave the match it gives me an error pop-up like 3 times with a different error everytime.. Example : unPReadCurrentFile -2 setup/STEAM/popup_01.dds unPReadCurrentFile -2 setup/STEAM/shop_04.dds In-game when i press on the clan button(next to the Limited Capsule) it goes straight to microsoft edge or internet explorer which wont work.(if you can change into google, idk) When i press the coupon button it crashes my game or sometimes leaves the game and the pop-up for coupon comes out(Link to imgur) For some people the game doesnt work (its either some issues conneting or missing files) PS : UNBAN ME FROM THE OFFICIAL DISCORD SERVER
  4. Leo I hope that you read this. CAPSULE MACHINE AND PRICING: It would be nice to test the capsule machine prices and probability in the next beta week 3.3. I'm not sure about the prices still, which means that the probability of winning items related to how much it costs would be nice to test. I think getting the price right before the game launches would be good so that there won't be any issues. And by testing prices I mean, you can get RT by pressing the purchase button for free, just to give you feedback. In previous installments of Microvolts you could get 100 000+ RT for $99 and spins cost about the same as now 400-800 (pitcher outfit). The idea is that there should be 100 spins for 100 dollars. Because currently it's only 38 (with the 2x bonus) on the pitcher outfit (775) for $99.99 which isn't fair UNLESS the probability is insanely good. Also it is unclear to me, if the purchase is 10984 + 10984 or the bonus is x2. Thats why it would be nice to test the probabilities and if the prices are fair. NEXT WEEK: I understand that you are testing how the weapons work with different types using basic weapons. However it's getting a bit boring using the same weapons. Would be nice to test how other weapon "skins" look and same with some outfits. I know that we got some of that in the previous beta but since this is the last one the items could come from the capsule machine. LEVEL ICONS: Majority of the players want the old level icons back. The new ones are a bit confusing and everything is similar metal colors. The previous level icons were more clear, colorful and fun. CLANS: Would be nice to see ingame whatever clans each player is in just like before. Maybe this thing is coming up. Also it's annoying that when pressing Clan it just opens a browser that I don't even use. TYPOS: Please fix the missions book text, it says Misiones when it should be Missions. Also there was a one achievement that is spelled wrong, I can't check since the beta is over. BUGS: There are a lot of bugs and I hope you guys are aware of them. From your official discord there are people who post about them a lot, especially in the help_and_tips chat and people use the fan_contents chat to post screenshots of issues. People discuss about different bugs/issues in the chats. The only bugs I have encountered are from the unstable replay system and a few disconnects so I don't know what to tell you about bugs. But other people can. One bug that bothers me is that whenever a match or a round in a match ends, the players freeze and stay still like they get disconnected. I don't know for sure where this comes from but normally when a round of zombie mode ends, players should be able to move around without dealing any damage to others. ISSUES: Playing this game and being on the discord to me feel a bit unsafe. I've seen people on discord talk about the game's vulnerabilities and also potentially someone could spread a virus to users through the replay system for example. Now I don't know how true this is but I'm not sure if I want to even play your game because it feels unsafe. Of course some people could hack in the game and bypass the anti-virus, it happens all the time but Microvolts is an old game and to me feels unsecure. Another issue is that the discord doesn't have any moderators and every day when I open the discord chat I see some lunatics saying offensive stuff or being a-holes to others. I know that the world isn't perfect, it's normal and things like these happen but it would be really embarassing to tell my friends about the game and show them, how the discord is unmoderated and messy. Like there are people making bank from selling your beta keys, in your discord, did you even notice that? Not even your game is safe from people putting highly offensive titles to lobbies and locking it with a password. They can just avoid any filters by using numbers 1nste4d. I hope there will be mods in the future. I might sound stupid writing these thoughts and you can tell me if I'm wrong or misunderstood something but thought that I should share. I might be complaining about things that are already coming to the game.
  5. Okay, now lets keep it short, what the hell did you do the the weapons? XD Rifle type C is just pure laser, when someone sprays you with it you cant even move your sniper scope, not to mention that half a magazine gets you a kill, which is also ultra fast. Rifle A is acceptable, rifle B is a meme gun, which is neither OP and bad (even though its tough to use) So for this case, decrease the type C firing rate and fine tune the other 2 rifles. You cant have this much drastically different weapons. Shotguns are weird, the sg with most power should be the slowest and the most accured (and have 2 bullets), not the other way around, again type B is too op😅 Type A is too weak (it cant have 1k power, that thing doesnt deal any real damage lol) The type C is just a fast and accured 2 round thingie which is just too weak. Shotguns overally need to be reworked, this is just a mess Snipers, the snipers are also really weird, the only somewhat useful is the type D/B, the A type power is low and the ZS is too op even on lvl0, if upgraded on ZS you literarly can just press left click and right click and boom, full damage, that shouldnt occur😅 Cant really rate the type C, since these semi auto snipers were always weird😅 If you want to have somewhat normal balance, than create 3 types of sniper (for example type A would be best in power (lets say 2150 level 0, while maintaining 500 ZS and 500 RS, type B would excel in ZS so lets say 2k base power and 570 ZS 500 RS, and type C would excel in reload, so again for example 2k power, 500 ZS, and 570 RS) again these drastic differences cant even remotly create a balance😅 Rocket launchers, these would be okay, if type C wasnt just too op, 350 blast radius plus 1k power is too OP, reduce these 2 stats on it and it will be somewhat fine Grenade launchers are the same story as rocket launchers, type C is way too OP in blast radius and power, reduce it Overally, the guns suffer from having too much difference, the weapons should be more similiar, you cant have those drastic changes in stats in every single type. Otherwise theres not really anything i'd want to point out since nothing that affects the gameplay was added, just for the love of god, fix the weps. Make em simplier, you are overthinking the stats and create a mess.

This will be a general list of game quality improvements that I believe can get the game way more players, and possibly sustain that player-base. -UI improvements (I believe such changes do matter a ton for new players) 1- The menu icons are very low quality. 2- Main-menu graphics are very low quality. Especially the missions tab (It's also very hard to navigate) 3- Not really UI, but please Use pretty numbers for capsules prices like 1000,1250,1500,1750. (Not 2036,2162) Basically an overhaul for the main-menu is needed sooner or later. A road map I propose Remove unused servers if it saves money. Budget that money into making a new UI look (Should be easy, same buttons same code, just a new look) This will hopefully attain and sustain player-base. Capsules are still very confusing, rework that. (So new players at least get incentivized to buy capsules upon understanding). Upon reaching at least 300 simultaneous players at a certain time, then re-open the closed servers. Now we have a game with descent player count. A better Anti-Cheat will be required. At this point the game will need more publicity, and it should be ready for it. The game has a modern UI look, No cheaters due to new anti-cheat. Now there are various activities to attract new players such as (events, twitch streamers drops, referral rewards, competitions) Climbing the free-to-play ladder in Steam can have a huge impact. The game is about to profit managers getting happy, players getting happier. Time to work on the replay system and improve it before releasing it. I tried to not mention what others have mentioned before like (Balancing etc..)
  7. As the closed beta is nearing it's end of the second week, I have some pros and cons I am about 10 or 12 hours into the beta as of writing this. CONS The reload times are still horrendous.(Decent on sniper tho) Sniper(C type) is overpowered because of the damage and fire rate, one of them has to become significantly lower. The grenade blast radius is a bit too high and the fire rate too slow (wave stepping is relatively hard with it) RT prices seems high PROS The game feels more balanced however this might also be because of the lack of weapons. The rifle accuracy is great now and feels good to use. The memberships seems great, however I would say it's OP if unlimited battery isn't meant as in battery capacity, since this would somewhat ruin the "awesomeness" around glowing weapons, but I guess it does make it easier to get into the game as a beginner if your willing to spend some. The preset slots that the membership is talking about sounds awesome. FEEDBACK CONCLUSION All in all I feel like the game is going in the right direction, the gameplay feels way better than first week of CBT 3.0 and I experienced way less lag and server problems. I have only had one crash.
  8. As the closed beta is nearing it's end of the first week, I have some pros and cons as well as some future suggestions(Some aren't related to the beta). I am about 6 or 7 hours into the beta as of writing this. CONS The sniper feels a little off. The double zoom is annoying. The reload times are horrendous. Even though it might be a nice balancing feature I feel like the grenade is a little too slow at firing. I get that grenade spamming is annoying and not balanced, but I feel like some of it's use is gone, using it as a sort of utility weapon for damage around corners feels somewhat annoying with the amount of time it takes to get one grenade fired(Maybe just me). The rifle accuracy is WAY to low, the satisfying feeling of it is completely gone. XIGNCODE anti cheat is way to outdated especially since competitive is going to be a thing. RT prices seems high (BUG) When tapping out of the game, none of the programs on the same screen as the game works (All the buttons are frozen / Don't register clicks) PROS Balancing, the game feels more balanced however this might also be because of the lack of weapons. New clan icons look great. The "Limited capsule" or "Gachapons" seems like an interesting concept, however a bit poorly described. The memberships seems great, however I would say it's OP if unlimited battery isn't meant as in battery capacity, since this would somewhat ruin the "awesomeness" around glowing weapons and such, but I guess it does make it easier to get into the game as a beginner if your willing to spend some. The music, even though it didn't change I just want to mention it since it's so nostalgic. FEEDBACK CONCLUSION All in all I feel like the game is somewhat going in the right direction, but it still needs a lot of work in making the gameplay feel smooth, good and satisfying. I haven't had any crashes, but few server problems (Being randomly disconnected) FUTURE IDEAS I am just airing some ideas I have. Competitive Competitive should have seasons maybe 6 or so a year. At the end of each season an exclusive weapon or part / set should be given to the people in the 3 highest ranks (Adds something to grind for) A competitive shop, each comp game should give a low amount of comp points and ending the season in x rank should give a decent amount. The shop should then feature exclusive weapons and sets. Maybe a fully upgraded weapon could have purple, white or black glow. (Add more things to grind for. These items shouldn't rotate however adding more every now and then). I would personally love to see the leaf crown in there. Titles Titles being shown other places than just on the profile. Titles gotten from competitive and maybe even seasonal titles such as "Season 1 contender" etc. Level based titles such as legend at level 80 and so on. AI Battle Keep AI battle in the game, but make it give little to no XP and allow for movement speed changes of the bots (for aim practice etc)
