Hello, So I reside in the south central united states area, the only server I get decent ping on (anywhere between 50-80) is the NA server. I typically get on in the mornings more so then at night due to my work schedule, unfortunately for me, the NA server is pretty much dead in the mornings. Maybe 3 matches that are not even half full. I feel lucky if I see 4 😅. So I've tried playing on the EU server a few times due to the very noticeable increase of population compared to the NA servers but my ping gets anywhere between 170-200 if not more. So not only am I not having a good time due to my excessive lag, the people I'm playing with are getting upset with me because of it which is understandable. As such, is there a way to play on the EU servers without the excessive ping or am I forever shunned to play NA and hope the population increases?

I keep trying to join the game, even deleted it and re-installed. It was working just fine a while ago but I got off to go get some food and now I keep getting disconnected due to a server issue. I was curious if they were working on the game or if anyone else was having the same thing happen to them.

The way I did it, was I went to Email Address which is on the account settings page. Enter the same email you're currently using. It will take you to a page that has a green MasangGames button, click it and an email will be sent to you to re-authorize your email. Here is what it will say "Hi (your game name), To complete the change of email address for your account, we need to confirm you initiated it. If the address shown is correct, click the button to confirm it." Click confirm address, this will take you back to the Microvolts Recharged Community page where it will show you a "Validate my account" button, press it. This will take you back to the forums, but if you go back into account settings it should show that you're signed in on the MasangGames. You will also receive an email about the email changing but it didn't really change if you put in the same email.

I noticed I had to re-authorize my MasangGames account, once I did that I was able to log in and enter the coupon, not sure if this will help you but its the only thing I did before it worked for me. On the forums page, top right, it will have your account name with a drop down arrow. Go to account settings It should show if your account is authorized for MasangGames and for Steam If your account is authorized already I apologize if this doesn't help

How do you use the coupon code they gave out for week 3? I cant seem to find anywhere else in game besides the coupon option but every time I go to click on it a box shows up saying "The wrong approach." Which doesn't allow me to enter the code.

I wanted to practice with some A.Is' before I jumped right in to get use to the mechanics of the game, however, a few games in with the A.Is' this happened. I'm not entirely sure if maybe its just my computer being a bit outdated, as no one else seems to have this happen that I can see. And yes, it does it when I am alive as well.

To start off my computer has two monitors. As such I play with most games on full screen so my mouse doesn't wander. While playing Single player, Zombie, and FFA every time I mouse wheel, the webpage I am on on my other monitor will move up and down. Not sure if this is a boarder issue with the game or a setting I need to fix on my personal end. Also, jumping seems a bit iffy from what I remember it to be. (correct me if I'm wrong) When I'm running I jump just fine, give or take. However I vaguely remember being able to jump in place, and then move in my desired direction mid jump? Bold is for correcting if need be. P.s. I understand the jump part of this topic may not be a bug but my own personal question. Thanks ❤️

The update they gave said that the testing will be open 2 hours after the keys start going out. (if i'm not mistaken)
