Hi! My friend lost his account named Livai, days ago. He still has his account on the website, and he is still on our friendlist ingame, but whenever he tries to log in the game, it gives the following error message: "Incorrect login id or password entered. Please try again or use the forgot password/login id function found on http://www.Microvolts.com.". The issue with this is that the link doesn't work, and on the website there is nothing that is related to the problem. He texted the support, sent them 2 tickets, but they didn't answer so far. Any suggestions?
