  1. well, the whole leveling thing for weapons seems a lil weird, my best guess would that its diplayed as 1 level up even though its and increase of 5-7 lvls, maybe even max, just for testing purposes
  2. If theres anything we should get its maybe CBT title on the forum or webpage. but even that would be pretty unfair
  3. I like the New UI a lot better, maily coz it doesnt feel as claustrophobic and squished together as the old one. I also feel like the newer UI is better for managing since you can actually see twice the amount of whats going on in your inventory as before. The leveling bar and all that at the bottom is pretty cool doe
  4. Weapons: Alright, from the little time I played so far, I've collected some thoughts about the weapons! Melee weapons: Mad Wrench - As of right now all I've got to say is, that it is too fast. While I personally enjoy fast movement, the sheere Run Speed of it is quite overwhelming, specially once you try and swap with the Melee equipped as the rapid increase and decrease in moventspeed while doing so feels very off putting. Chain Saw - I currently feel like the Chain Saw is in quite a good spot, however I havn't tested it out in a Melee Only game just yet. In my oppinion, as the weapon is of the Power archetype it should be able to One-Hit Tanks, especially in a Melee Only setting, which it seems to be quite capable of. Steel Hammer - I have almost similar thoughts to the Chain Saw on this one. It feels good to play, its range doesnt seem way to overdone and just feels nice to run around with. Rifles: Hornet - The Hornet is really nice to play around, however I think it could use a base Ammo increase to something between 40 and 45, it doesnt seem too Over-/Underpowered which is very good, it sits in a nice Middleground. Sherlock - Seeing as how the Sherlock is the Powerhouse of the Rifles the Damage output seems great. One might think to slightly adjust the Ammo count and Accuracy by a slight bit. Pepper - Having used it, I can tell that the Firing Rate goes a little too hard. Decreasing the RPM and giving it a slight damage buff as a counter measure should ensure that the weapon wont fall into an Underpowered or straight OP-Broken state. Shotguns: KW-79 - From what I can currently tell the firerate is a little too fast for 2 ammo in the mag. Its either to decreasing the Firing Rate or increasing the Ammo count and decreasing its Power. Bombard - Seeing as the Bombard is basically what the KW used to be, its in a pretty nice Spot. Not getting over the top One-Hits all the time, but at the same time not feeling left behind. Driver - Well well well, the Driver. From playing with it, the Driver is really fun to just pull out, walk around and shoot peeps with. However, it does way too much damage towards Enemies making it perhaps one of the most broken Weapons as of right now. I like the fact that it has 5 in the mag, which would be great to keep. Seeing as it should have low Power with such a Mag-size and Firing Rate, it seems to me that the Power should be lowered even more. Snipers: General - for whatever reason the scoped DPI/Sens feels way to low, having it reverted to what it was in previous versions would be really cool, or even simpler, have a scoped sensitivity slider, for each player to decide what their perfect settings are.(This would also benefit Rifle scoping quite a lot.) Sea Eagle - Seeing as it is the Power house of the 3 Snipers the high Damage output is quite fitting, however its Zoom Speed is simply too slow, making it seem like the weapon is meant to be camped in the back of a Map with. A buff to its Zoom Speed would be much appreciated. Venom - It feels like its in a good spot. As complete opposite to the Sea Eagle, its Zoom Speed is almost too fast. Making it very reliable quick scoping option which many players love to see. for my personal taste its Zoom is a little too high. I'd suggest a slight decrease. Mist - This Sniper is a weird one. I dont think too many players have picked it up just yet, but from the little time of using it I'd suggest an Increase in its Zoom Range and making it Semi-Auto instead of Full-Auto as it currently fires faster than a Sherlock. Gatling Guns: DareDev and Firefly - Both of them feel good to use, the DareDev might be overheating a little too fast though. Crank - Having 1st seen its stats I thought it would be over the Top broken. While its base Power could be justified by the very low Warm Up Time some might argue its still too high. Having used it once all I can say is that it feels very slow and weak. I'm not sure if the displayed Power is wrong to ist actual output but it seems to have done half of the displayed amount of damage, then again, it might be because of my and the other players ms. Not entirely sure. Bazookas and Grenade Launchers: From what I can tell, non of them seem too broken, the Pound could use a decrease in Power but thats about it. General thoughts on Gun- and Gameplay I quite enjoy it. Theres fun and new twists to what me as well as many other players used to know. With a lot of the Swapable weapons having increase Firing Rate it makes the Gap of entry almost non existent. While swapping still benefits some weapons by a little bit, its not as necessary to know and master as it once was, creating a room of gameplay for Casual players and Masters of their craft. Most weapons could use adjusting here and there, but as of right now I havn't seen any over the top broken Weapons anywhere. Parts: The new Way of being able to upgrade your Parts, Sets and Accessories is a fun and interesting twist on the stat thing as a whole. It opens up many possibilities and freedom for finding your right style of playing. The only thing in question is, if it might be a little too hard to balance. For example, Leveling the Accessories is cool and all however I feel like the 120hp option might be a little too much. Being able to choose between Rifle or Shotgun bullets and Sniper or Gatling bullets should be switched up a bit. Rifle and Gatling Bullets should be picks on the same accessorie, as well as Sniper and Shotgun bullets. The pick between HP, Bazooka and Grenade bullets is very welcoming on the other hand. The Basicis As of Right now Basic weapons and parts seem to be a bit buggy. It would be cool to upgrade them but I think having the base Parts and weapons have upgraded stats by default is not the way to go. Something to work around here would be to decrease all benefits on basic parts by at least 50% not making them too over the top in means of Tank and Speed. I also bought a full set of Basic weapons to see how they would feel in non upgraded. They feel good, their not too strong not to weak. Just like any other equipped weapon they loose durability and need to be repaired after the match. However, since they are basic weapons you cannot repair them, since they are not fully repaired you can neither Upgrade or even Sell them. Would be pretty cool to look into that. Some Ideas: Level Icons: As of Right now a lot of old EU and NA players dont particularly enjoy the look of the leveling icons, their fine in general, however they seem a little unfitting. An Idea of mine was: Making the Icons changable for each player to decide. Sort of like an Emblem, a Calling Card or the Pretige Icons in Call of Duty. Once you reach a certain level you unlock the Icon of said level, but get the option to pick between previously unlocked ones as well. Lets say I really Love the look of the Level 50 Icon, once i reach Level 50 I unlock the Icon according to the level and then can decide weather or not i want to change it or not, you can then simply just display the Level of the player over top of the chosen Icon. Return of The plaza: While many players would agree that MircoVolts Surge that good of an update, the new UI and Interactive social Space were pretty cool. I'd love to see it again as a Proper Socialspace rather than a non interactive map in Square mode. Some players might not like the Idea of this while other could love it. Simplest solution to that would be to add an option of enabling or dissabling directly loading into the plaza lobby. Square Mode: What can I say, the mode as a whole has good potential, having freedom to explore the map is always nice after all! However, some barriers are still in the way, so why not just remove them for Sqaure Mode? I love to see places and sections of Maps where you wouldnt be able to get to in a normal match, so why not try and make it possible in Square Mode? Who knows what secrets are hidden on the maps after all... What im tryna say is that it would be pretty cool to be able to explore maps even outside of usualy playspace in some form, so why not use square mode for it. Some Beta Stuffs: My inventory is almost full already, would be cool to add some purchase options increase Inventory Size to the Shop! Battery Increase Items are also quite welcome! Anyways, these have been my thoughts and ideas so far! I'd love to hear what you guys think, so please feel free to comment! -Okajima
