That's the thing tho, the player you're accusing isn't always good and consistent. I know this from experience as I've played with the person you're accusing for a long time now. I don't know what kinda shit you're seeing but I guarantee you that he misses a lot. I think what you're noticing is the skill gap between most players and the "pro" players who have been playing this game for years. It's easy to look like a cheater when you're playing against players who don't have a lot of experience or are just rusty.
