Hey! Currently there is no way to get them yet. They are aware of the issue though. It does look like the bug for level 50 reward is new..

The 0 EXP is a visual bug. You did receive EXP. On the other hand they removed MP from matches. The ways to get MP is trough events. Leveling up and your Missions book !

I totally agree. I just put some of my old videos from microvolts back on my youtube too and 2 of em had glowing weapons in them.. since mvr doesn't have the nostalgia of them hits hard. Who knows in the future..
