He still has his account on the website, and he is still on our friendlist ingame, but whenever he tries to log in the game, it gives the following error message: "Incorrect login id or password entered. Please try again or use the forgot password/login id function found on http://www.Microvolts.com.". The issue with this is that the link doesn't work, and on the website there is nothing that is related to the problem. He texted the support, sent them 2 tickets, but they didn't answer so far.
