When we first announced the 30K Wishlist rewards, 2 items were incorrectly rewarded and only few of users have received them.

 

✔ The follow-up actions will be taken as described below.

 

1. Incorrect reward [Watson] will be removed all at once during server maintenance on Sep 19th.

※ We will remove [Watson] item which is not a select package that you can choose the type. 

 

2. We have determined that "Lucky charm A" item is difficult to remove due to technical issues. In order to ensure that there should no problem with equity between users, we've decided to give all users "Lucky charm A", "Lucky charm B", and "Lucky charm C"

 

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the initial item rewards, and we will put more effort to not occur again in the future.
