Reinstalling Verifying the integrity of the files Opening as Administrator If none of the options above worked, I recommend not messing with the game-files, although you're free to do as you wish. It would be best to contact Customer Support by opening a ticket. In order to do this, simply head over to the Main Page and in the top right section, click SUPPORT. I hope this helps.
