Is there no dedicated feedback forum or channel here or Discord? If so, why? 

SInce Zombie Mode was my main mode back in the day, I want to post some feedback of what me and my friends feel, on the mode, if anyone knows of a proper feedback route I'd be happy to move the post - lower zombie jump height as its completely ruined the gamemode for most maps... there's just no where for Figures to stay safely, zombies are faster, can 1 shot you and jump anywhere you stand almost instantly. how is that balanced xD - Most maps have NO elevated positions zombies can't easily just jump to with little effort, meaning I've gone many entire games with full zombie wins all 7 rounds, and/or everyone dies within the first 15 seconds of the round starting... just not fun

It's already been discussed, but I agree that the jump height is pretty unbalanced at the moment. Figures lose 90% of the time unless it's smaller rooms where it's actually possible to kill the host zombie, or maps you can glitch on.

Thanks for letting me know, good to know this has been brought up, as changing it will be the difference between fun and not 😄 I feel hopeful this will be sorted.
