Shahin 1 Share Posted August 4, 2023 (edited) We used to have a great trading system in the past that significantly boosted player activity. It allowed us to list our inventories on the forum, discuss trades on Discord, and chat in-game about it. We're really hoping to bring back that system. Here are some issues we faced when Microvolts was online: - The trade system was only available as an event for a few days each month, which didn't work out well. We're advocating for it to be available all the time, as it should be. - In the previous system, we had to seal an item before adding it to the trade panel, which was unnecessary. It would be much better if we could simply select items to add to the trade panel or drag and drop them, without any extra steps. - Once an item was added to the trade panel, it should be no way to remove it. This should prevent the tactic of quickly removing an item before accepting the trade to scam the other user. However, we think that once items are in the trade panel, they should stay there, and both users should only be able to add items. Once a user indicates they are ready to proceed with the trade(by checking the Ready or Accept button), neither party should be able to add more items to the trade. We believe implementing these changes would greatly enhance the trading experience along with the higher user activity overall. Realunchbox 5 Share Posted August 4, 2023 I think the trade system is extremely important for the longevity of this game. People like to hold onto old weapons, and with the option to have an ultra-rare item that has not been released since 2023, and have value go up, would be significant. Volt 485 Moderator Share Posted August 4, 2023 As much as I'd like to see Trading be added back, it'd need some changes. I think they wouldn't want to add it because it interferes with their monetization plan with the Limited Capsule, which it seems they want to be the source of "rare" items occasionally if a player wants them, rather than receiving them from another player.
