    Kindly consider relocating the server somewhere else. Most of the time if not always, it's empty that people from middle east play in Eu channel.

    Moving the server somewhere near North Africa like Saudi Arabia would be more ideal, that way players from Egypt, Libya, Algeria, and Tunis can also play.

     

    There's no benefit for Middle East players to have "MS" below 40 when there are no matches held at the channel.

    Whenever I enter the training center my keyboard control settings automatically reset. Also, why can't we access the control menu while in the training center?

    I'd be happy if I can test different mouse sensitivity while in the training center. 😄

    This error prompt means there's a mismatch between the game version installed on your machine and the one available in the addressed web server.

     

    Are you sure you are running Microvolts directly from steam and not the old launcher?

    Greetings and salutations,

     

    Today, I need your attention to discuss few concerns that might require immediate actions.

     

     

    MVR state

     

     

    I'm not sure how you managed to do that, but Microvolts is way less competitive than it used to be. And currently there's no reason for someone to spend hours playing it after reaching level 100 and acquiring a full gear of maxed out weapons.

     

    Since none of the current Managers, admins have ever played Microvolts before, allow me to tell you what it was all about.

     

    • Levels

    Back in the old days, account levels had a meaningful meaning. Anyone with level higher than 60 could've be identified as a war master. But now it is just a number that doesn't reflect how much skill or time this player has acquired/spent through the journey from level 0.

     

    Before it is too late, I ask that you apply a new ratio and lower account levels. Basically, anyone who has reached level 100 should be level 15 or anything around that.

    • Upgrades

    You slowed down the gameplay by altering the weapon stats, but you haven't fully considered the consequences of such act.

    Where's the fun maxing out entire collection of weapons in a single day?

     

    For a start, allow us to upgrade weapons at least three times instead of one.

     

    • Weapons

    Can we have an additional weapon category? Perhaps a hybrid type that is in-between class A and C.
    We used to have a massive collection of weapons to choose from.

     

    • MicroPoints

    Bonus rewards should be distributed based on daily or weekly objectives.
    There always has to be a passive way to gain micro-points. Considering my previous proposition regarding the game levels, it will be necessary to reward players with MP after each match.

     

    • Beginner channels

    Only one of Europe's channels is in use. Other channels are only consuming resources. 
    Apply a simple filtering logic and make use of those extra channels.

    This topic emphasizes the importance of raising awareness of the upcoming challenges facing our game developers and the design team.

     

    In light of recent decisions made by the director and the wish list event, Microvolts is more likely to attract more players than ever, whether it is ready for that or not. As a small community seeking to grow, we should address the necessary changes to keep the new players engaged and satisfied. 

     

    We've been given the capability to communicate in different languages and connect to new channels, which could have huge potential for players with high latency pings on other servers. Nevertheless, I still feel that something essential is missing. In the game's early years, almost all events were meant to target a portion of the player base. In-game celebrations and events shouldn't be limited to occasions of a specific culture. Hopefully, someone here is mindful of the needs of their new players. There are more holidays and celebrations to consider than what Microvolts solely focused on. Making those changes would require additional effort to keep the new targeted player base engaged in the future.

     

    In light of the given facts, I kindly ask that you consider this matter and avoid taking steps towards complacency.

     

     

    Unbiased feedback

     

    1. Support

    This has to be the worst support service a company could possibly provide to its players.
    I have asked for their professional assistance as I couldn't launch the game, and it took them 12 days to write back a few worthless sets of instructions.

     

          2. Community forum

    Almost everyone can tell there has been unexpected negligence, especially for the topics published under the bugs category. Players were left confused with critical game issues.


          3. Gameplay

    • As first impressions matter, could someone explain why in the MicroWorld the game launches in windowed mode? What's worse is that we're forced into the tutorial mode, leaving us no option but to finish it without first adjusting the game settings according to our liking.
    • Avoid using or forcing end-clients to launch Internet Explorer.
    • The weapons are decently balanced, they might need minor changes, but overall, I'm satisfied. The game design team made the right decisions based on the data collected from the previous survey.
    • I've previously reported an issue that all those who wish to communicate in Arabic will encounter. Sadly, I couldn't test if the addressed issue has been resolved owing to the fact that my game client crashes whenever I attempt to alter the language from English to Arabic by hitting the "ALT+TAB" buttons.

    I couldn't attach the error log with my support ticket because of file extension restrictions. Kindly allow us to upload: "dump, txt, and XML documents".

    After conducting a verification of the game file's integrity, the issue is still unresolved.

    Once I knew about the creation of this server, I shared it on my own server to let the game fans know about its existence and to finally unite all players within a reliable server, but from what I've seen, this server won't last unless it's properly managed.

     

    I won't judge their Discord server for the time being. However, I have to make a few observations:

    • Don't use the slow mode, and don't make sharing content as strict as it is in the forums
    • The game staff must come to light, this server won't moderate itself

    Possible bug:

    Whenever you try to send a link, it won't be sent because of the bot. The worst part is that you won't be able to resend anything due to the cooldown.

    The starting and ending dates for the final closed beta test isn't yet announced, nor is the registration deadline for the third closed beta test. Whenever such information is shared via game administrators, managers, or developers you should find it at the announcement or PD's Notes pages.

     

    Those who participated in the first and second closed beta tests will not require new keys to participate in the third one. This is how things went with the arrival of the second beta test. Therefore, you can conclude that the same scenario will occur unless explicitly stated.

    I believe it's not played with much as Knox for the same reason. Both characters have wicked sets and parts that are only accessible through RT purchases or rare capsule drops. Selecting a different character to play with was an optimal solution for few players.

    On the contrary, CHIP has a few decent parts that can be purchased from the shop using in-game currency.
