    Masangsoft has tried to do testing on steam or re-uploaded files probably, which is a proof of work after MV got closed which means theyre tryna make it happen. Maybe this year they won't be hitting around us afterall.

    To make Toyheroes shutdown, Masangsoft must notify the Toyheroes team about the EULA and Provide the documents which are related to copyright claims. ( Ik it's ironic)

    Toyheroes server locate somewhere in the world so this is gonna be cybersecurity's job. Which takes them to next step where Toyheroes are supposed to respond to the claims in specific time regardless of whatever happened to them, the case will be carried out through court for verdict.

    Most likely they're not gonna show up and as result Toyheroes is gonna shutdown, now they gotta settle up the payment for the court's time and lawyer's time and services and also the cybersecurity's team for their time, even if they shut it down they probably gonna start it back up again with different name or connection... And they got all players data + their progress so players will be happy to come back again ( although there's a policy in PayPal payments has a huge loophole) if they're willing to. But I highly doubt masangsoft will go through all this trouble since Till CEO to Employees they're all working for legit money-wage so comparing to Toyheroes they're just some small cash grab team so even if their work has no profit they can work overtime to make it happen( imo Because it's private vs corp) so my point is money and time plays a huge part here.

    I'm guessing they're having mixed opinion because of player count and financial backing.

    But I still got many questions why they're taking too much time for this, I mean even my words aren't facts but just opinions... We just gotta wait and see what they're bringing in future

    Heya everyone,

    Its been a long time and the game is taking forever to finish up ik ik ,I noticed alot even gave up waiting and moved on to an another game forever.Yet I still see alot of die hard fans of the game checking out forums now and then but I don't see any of you talk 🥲.

    It's good to share your sweet memories of the game or tell me how this game helped you in your times of need or something, everyone of you have a story to share so why not share with us ^^

    It's alright I don't remember alot of people either, it's been a long time it's hard to remember all of em :(.

     

    and yes I'm talking about the same Frijole who is your friend and I'm sorry I wish I knew u .. I still know him but haven't seen him inawhile so I'm guessing he's busy with other stuff in his life . And yee we were all soo young at that time lol but yet can't forget this game 😂

    And ye me and EmilyX usually walk around and spam that MG lol, also it does insanely alot of dmg and also has no warmup atall. So basically when me and emilyx are playing together it's like fighting a damn Turret lol. And sure we can be friends 😆

    hope we all can unite and play the game ^^

    we've been waiting for a news for too long, and they only inform us 1x every 2 years??

    There's a old saying, the crying baby gets the milk. They're obviously behind on their schedule and probably don't even know what to do with the project and funding so if they announce something then everyone is gonna question and rant on their work so it's also a business tactics to keep the community quiet in critical situations like this, AND YES IK ITS A TERRIBLE TACTICS or to call it such per say, but atleast they're trying something new this time.

    I don't have any easy way to put it so just focus on other stuff and keep your hopes low, the game sure is coming back but it takes alot of their funding since they're gonna make this a profitable one ( ik it's ironic when there's pirated version around) but believe the magic and wait patiently. 🥺

    I understand your pain, and agree that they're not transparent at all.. but every other members in this forum you're gonna have to wait and see what's ahead in the future and move on with your life. Alot have already lost hope and forgot this game forever, they don't care to give us info so why would they? 

    But hey, you gotta understand they're developing to game according to this generation in positive perspective, if not you can simply stop looking at the forum and end up getting disappointed 😞.

    Since the dev said they're releasing it on steam, it's a huge process since the game will be more visible to public than old MV so they gotta give a good piece of work before screwing up like old MV did at the end.... 

     

    With that on mind, stay positive and take care of yourself. Play other games and have fun. check the forum now and then, they wouldn't drop the game all the sudden out of the blue like that.

So an an answe i can tell you that it is totally illegal, the staff is 100% aware of that, and most of the people playing it are either aware or have been warned that it is illegal and the consiquence of the buying stuff on it is that the game can close at any moment. The staff however has no intention of closing the game until they get to squeeze even the last possible cent from their players, the main prove for that is that they are afraid of mv being released that's why they have recently risen the rare item drop chance and other stuff that makes you want to spend moeny in the game. Also for the ones wandering why the game it is not closed yet, it is bcs, as i stated earlier, it becomes illegal when u earn money from it but it also becomes a problem that has to be solved when the original game has to take back it's players and gain the money they rightfully deserve through owning the copyrights to the game, which means that the moment the original mv is released they have to close the game if they don't want any real trouble, or even sooner, when the closed beta gets released. Hope this is helpful and sry for being a blabbermouth.

    in MV I never had such problems but on Toyheroes there's literally simps or toxic players on every corners also hackers secretly using aimbot and maphacks ._.

    I agree with you, but people are still abusing the PayPal system in toyheroes but still they're getting good money.

    Also in MV days, I don't think alot of us had any money to spend cuz we all were mostly kids lol.

    There was this group of genius programmers who took advantage of MV gone and made their own private server. Since people are already desperate for this game to release they clash on Toyheroes and spend all their money on it. Also MV is pretty easy for someone with good knowledge to crack since the software kits they used were customisable. Although in my views this game is just a nostalgia for those who misses the game. ( I honestly can't enjoy it, toxic players and simps ) 

    I know some well known hackers of this game and some personally but those hackers were not the reason of MV doing down since the hacks they usually do was mostly to troll game and they strictly don't do RT and anyother ingame currency. Which makes me think the other hackers might be the reason behind this since the hacks they do were like GM tools and crashing games. I don't wanna mention any names but I highly doubt these where the one who's controlling Toyheroes, mostly because their persona doesn't match from the people Ik.

     

    And about the server lag, ye it is pretty laggy on Eu server 💀
