  1. I was introduced to it by my older brother in about 2011/12, sometimes I would watch him play random stuff and he allowed me to hop on his account every once in a while to play it myself

At one point he made an account for me with the name TEEN14 as he was worried I was violating the PEGI rating of MV (which was like 12+). In reality I doubt anyone really gave a damn lol.

How are any of these stats relevant if we're playing a closed beta? If they follow the same format as last time, there won't even be a chance to use the hermes lol

Imagine being so dramatic over a game that hasn't even released yet

Bruh. If Masangsoft took 10 months to give a rocket launcher 1.4k power then that doesn't look too good. If the Hermes, like every other rocket launcher, is still based off the 3 base presets that every weapon will have, then we will have to see what the other 2 base presets are. I think the previous highest damage RPG was around 1100. 1386 with upgrades can grow to be a much larger number.

Like Volt said, this number was around the MVS Hermes power. But the Hermes was a god weapon and everybody is gonna be able to run around with it. I understand its a closed beta, and the whole point of it is to test the game and change things before its released, but Masangosft are kinda showing themselves to be a bit oblivious, no?

In other screenshots, it shows apparently every single item ever existing in Microvolts will be available in the 3.0 CBT shop; every set, part and weapon is purchasable. Even Arms Race, Special and other obscure weapons will be available in the shop. Obviously this wouldn't be the case for the official release but damn, playing the CBT will be a nightmare with some of the arms race weapons and the other lot

We should probably wait until we actually have access to the beta before we get all upset. Unless you've seen more than I have I don't really see a reason to turn your back on the game and the developers that easily. Especially because this is just another beta, there's still a month of time for them to make changes and whatnot if anything is necessarily bad. Although, they won't change weapons and sets/parts from being "cosmetics/skins", that's a core change that was made for fairness, which may not be as interesting but it is definitely more fair and less scummy which is what they were going for.

OGSapphire has a point though. There were some leaked screenshots and the Hermes does a whopping total of 1368 damage. That's absolutely disgusting; two shots with blast radius and you're basically vaporized. Unless the screenshots were falsified, this is genuinely terrifying and I have no clue what the fuck is going on in the minds of the MVR Devs.

Sure we can give feedback and have those changes implemented, however taking initiative to power a weapon to nearly 1.4k damage displays massive incompetence with balancing, it's been nearly a year since the second beta. Still keeping an excited and optimistic attitude, but the future looks dark

  4. Well first off, renaming Sharkill Khan to Shaquille Khan has got to be one of the strangest update decisions I've seen from Masangosft, even more than their decision to give the Driver 10 rounds.

Otherwise, the sets look good. Niklas has a good point about the orange one being a bit too Overwatch-y; taking inspiration from Japanese themes would make more sense in order to fit the game's aesthetic

Exactly like 80/90% people here just trying so hard to be MOD or trying to be something online that they are not in reality. No sincere opinions, constructive criticism etc. All about "what I want", "what I wish there was", "what there could be", etc. Zzzzz

I dont think you understand the definition of a 'sincere opinion' or 'constructive critiscm'.

"what I want", "what I wish there was", "what there could be", etc are all examples of how somebody can express a sincere opinion they hold or constructive criticism for whatever they're reviewing. It's a bit ignorant to claim that the advice and improvements we are trying to provide to the MVR Team isn't valid constructive criticism and instead is something more like whiny crying. There is something seriously wrong with the MVR Discord and, quite honestly, it really shouldn't be our responsibility as the players to try and do something about it

  6. I absolutely agree with everything you're all saying. As much as I do find some of the disagreements funny; watching the constant spamming, squabbling and bickering over stupid, trivial matters is getting really disgusting especially the use of incredibly vulgar language (seriously, their Moderation Bot is so flawed, words like Piss are banned but the N-Word isnt??? Crazy stuff). Not to mention that blyat/seggsman only JUST left the server (I doubt he was kicked) and a few of his alts/friends still stay whilst being assholes

If Volt, Tanooki or some other members of this community are called upon to become Community Mods I'd happily vouch for you guys. I've been meaning to vocalize this issue in the forums but quite a while but considering that the MVR Team NEVER seem to even check the forums (except 1 time when some guy couldn't sign up for the beta) it seems futile to even write all of this out. Still, I'm optimistic, and I hope one day things will change. Being able to speak with some of the nicer community members has been very fun and I'm glad to have been able to speak to some of you guys

facts, i have already seen people yelling left right and center that the devs are lying about the 30k...

To be fair, they may be right. I would be lying if I said I didn't have my own suspicions as to how the 30k was achieved. In a perfect world we would all be confident that we successfully achieved the 30k legitimately, however Masangsoft is a very strange company and there are some other botting speculations, so truly how could we know?

The player count when the game gets officially released could serve as an indication as to how many people genuinely looked forward to play the game

I completely misunderstood what this meant, thank you for clarifying.

No worries bro, I was confused until this morning when i noticed. Hope others will read this forum before spreading misinformation, but it seems for some strange reason there are people on the discord who don't read the forums and there are people on the forums who don't read the discord

steam data base let us see the real details

there is currently 4565 followers(amount of wishlist) which is top #990 wishlist in all steam

I think you're wrong there. The follower amount (4565) displays the amount of followers to the MVR Community Hub, which is a part of Steam. The wishlist amount is private to Masangsoft and cannot be accessed by the players, only the ranking (#990) is public. Discussions from the MVR Discord have found sources that can be used to presume (but not confirm) that the wishlist amount is 5x-13x the follower amount. Whether or not the wishlist amount was botted is up for discussion

Yeah. It basically means you wont get to participate in the beta. Nanananana hehehehe

but if being serious then i would guess their site just is bugged temporary.

Yeah true, It might be the very high influx of new beta testers overloading the system or whatever im not a tech guru

    It's about the principle.

Exactly. Although I really don't wanna get involved in an argument, generally speaking, there's a difference between a game being P2W and having monetized content.

Of course many of the adults here are earning enough to spend money on this game, however how incentivized are you really going to be to play this game if you have to keep on spending more and more? Yes you still earn enough money to continue spending, however all those costs add up. Game devs who earn high incomes from their p2w games will often continue to release content that is more focused on their wealthy, addicted fanbase. P2W Games kill themselves; take Clash Royale for example.

A fantastic game that used to have a great competitive/casual scene and was reasonably fair to it's players for progression and levelling up their cards. However as time went on, the game became increasingly and increasingly P2W when they added more and more maximum levels and evolutions, which makes it incredibly hard for F2P players to enjoyably compete with their P2W counterparts. Why continue playing if it costs to have fun? There's no reason.

It's like going to Disneyland and having to pay for each individual rollercoaster. It's reasonable to pay for food or for merchandise, but paying for rollercoasters is just plain greedy. Many people would leave and never come back. Persuading people to have to spend money is stupid logic and will AGAIN end up in the game's death

There's currently 4.5k with the game on their wishlist.

Titus is right about the #994 leaderboard ranking in the world. How did you know the exact number?

If you're so miserable that you spend your time being toxic on a game forum then yeah I don't think you have a life. Why not show support to people who put effort into things? Regardless if it's 'useless' or not.

God you're such a weirdo why are you even reading the forum if everything is so stupid to you? Goofy

Niklas, I'd stop biting if I were you. Meat is a relentless troll, and sort of just shits on anything that spreads nice or enthusiastic vibes. Not sure why, but I've steered clear from engaging with him, I'd do the same if I were you. He's a dickhead, not much you can really change there
