  1. Of course you went ahead and suggested Khan has more damage to all his weapons.. I wonder why.
  2. I probably could hop in the game right now and purposely jiggle peek and kill/be killed from people behind the wall in like a few minutes. I don't see why the concept is so hard to believe, he didn't genuinely kill you behind the wall with cheats, he killed you behind the wall due to the explanations above. It happens alot more when the ping gap is big, but I've been killed multiple times with people who had the same ping as me behind the wall, or both dying at the same time.
  3. There isn't a way to play on the EU servers without the excessive ping you're mentioning about. It really just depends on your location, the best thing you can do is get stronger/faster wifi, but that won't really make a difference when you're playing across the world. From my experience you'll always have people harass you on their home server if you're "lagging", even though it's just your solid ping for playing on their server. Realistically it's just a skill issue for them unless you guys are genuinely trading kills then it would technically be you at fault because it didn't register you dying first, which probably doesn't really happen as much as you think.
  4. If it's more cost efficient, definitely remove NA 2, we're not hitting busy anytime soon on NA, and switch 1 to Central.
  5. Ah okay yeah no worries. Yes I'm on the west coast, so for me, it's roughly 80~ on NA, and 160-180 on EU. I would safely assume it's definitely NE, because literally Valorant has the whole drop-down menu of servers, and same with other games. I was playing EU earlier, and had someone from NE, have 110~ ping which would make sense depending on map locations. Nonetheless wherever it's at, it should still definitely be central servers for sure, because it definitely isn't.
  6. I honestly don't know what I worded wrong sorry, the NA server is hosted on Easts Server. So somewhere near New York/Virginia for example, when you play games competitively, you tend to put servers on the North America servers, centrally, so for example, Texas/Chicago. So with that, people on the west and east will get roughly 50~ ping, and obviously people in central get the lowest ping, but it's the best way to balance ping in the states.
  7. Agreed, definitely MP, and game things itself should be more focused on.
  8. Good insight, do you mind explaining the question marks?
  9. I don't believe this "issue" is really brought up as much since NA itself is probably unfortunately the least played out of the 3 major servers. I was wondering if it was possible if the NA server could be hosted on a central server, and not an east coast server. I usually play Europe anyways since the player base is bigger than NA's, but for the time when I do play NA, I get bad ping since I live on the west coast. For references, I get roughly 80+ ping on NA, and 160 on EU, when on NA/US Central, I would get roughly 40-60, which would not only be a "me" thing it would be for the whole US, being centered servers, so everyone is playing around the same ping if you're from the states.
  10. I feel like the rifle needs tuning on its spray, I could really care less on its firing rate. Since I haven't played past games that frequently to know what you're referring too, it's kinda scary how many people actually suggest a rocket/grenade buff for some reason. It seems like people don't want anything aim related, and get into a mass spam of explosives. I think in the current game state, I would rather get the rifle adjusted/buffed, than buff explosives, since you were playing in this beta, I feel like you went against the better end of the players, they don't take out rifles as much because it's not as spamming rockets. I do think the double zoom can get annoying, for people who are unfamiliar with it, and there should be an option to fix that, but the only simple fix right now is switching your weapon out which isn't the biggest deal. I do agree on actually reducing the damage on the explosives, and making explosives more of a crowd control thing. I just hope that since this is the first week of the beta they were just testing the server's capabilities, and hence why there isn't anything else. I don't think there's any new maps or anything like that with what you mentioned which is kinda sad, kinda tired of seeing all these maps over years, but hey at least they renamed the Academy to Girl's High School!
  11. I think they should've definitely had some sort of moderation before releasing, especially since it seems they're actually pushing their discord more out there. I'm just happy that at least something is being pushed out rather than nothing at all. I'm not really sure how the discord bots work, I think the ticket one is definitely a need, but manual moderation might be better for sure. Though I think it's just sad to see people troll new people asking where to sign up in the discord, and then proceed to wonder why the game is dead.
  12. "Amongst one of the best", but then you don’t use bazookas, or grenades as much? Anyways nerfing the sniper with movement is a great idea, I don't think many people have fun when someone is strafing, or wavesteps with it and randomly hits them for a one shot. Shouldn't also be accurate on jumpads either. While I already dislike how you can reload by just putting your weapon away, I think less ammo as well would be nice, since we see a lot of clips of just pure multi kill snipers. With elimination, I think it's already problematic because no games that I know of that are popular are just putting radar out in the middle which is gonna incline players to just wait or camp, but of course I wouldn't really know how to approach the camping situation unless we use a popular idea of just adding a closing zone instead. Also since the goal is to kill all other players, but you could camp the whole time, and tie, is just gonna be a bad game mode. There's little motivation to actually move, no bomb plants, no zones, no objectives. I do like the idea for grenades/bazookas to do chip damage, instead of hard hitting damage. It would make better corner checking, and less, oh wow I'm already low from two grenades. In conclusion, I agree with the sniper nerf, grenade/bazooka chiping / increasing radius, or maybe not increasing radius at all, elimination edits. I think we should strive to make elimination more serious for the future reference of the competitive aspect. While I don't think the post was timely, it's not "not helpful", though while I shouldn't of even commented because the ideas might be simply washed away, I decided to just wait til the end of this month for this "roadmap", before I start crying and moaning that it didn't get here.
