For crying out loud Masangsoft. Your intentions are great. The idea to publish this game on Steam and now Epic games is great, but you guys just don't get it do you? This will be the same as with the initial launch on Steam. A sudden rise in players and it will peak and then come crash down. Why? All because you refuse to listen to the playerbase. REDO the game. It is the only fix. Literally reset every single thing surge had AND THEN throw it on a gaming platform. It is so simple to use common sense. Your marketing is great, but your sales (capsules) and product (the game balance) sucks. This is why you are failing as a company. I am not trying to offend you in any way, since you won't read and certainly won't act on this message.

Not gonna talk about reverting the upgrading system, the lvl icons or putting mp after evey match bcs it's clear it's not gonna happen too soon or maybe ever. 1.Faces, we need those funky faces for naomi, pandora and kai, do you remember them? if i find a screenshot i will attach it. Also don't make the naomi s faces for sophitia as well PLEASE, for the love of god. 2. We DESPERATELY need all maps for zombie mode, the mode is getting very boring for zombie players bcs we have absolutely no maps to play on. We need all of them for everybody's taste, from temple ruins to pvc factory night. 3. OBVIOUSLY TRADE SYSTEM (all this and the things i said on the first line and also many many more other changes that the comunity has been pointing out for ages now, ty) Also fix the autocrouch and sniper delay if you want players to actually play the game.

Microvolts is dead! well not technically its still here but its on life support and if they dont give us what we want we're pulling the plug :'> Why do i even bother checking the forums every now and then to see if they've improved.. nope! Still the same old capsule updates no one asked for! We asked for new content! New maps! New changes and the old gamemodes back? Nah i guess thats too much work for them to ask for the bare minimum. At this point im still wondering why people play this game let alone spend on it? Stop wasting good money on a greedy company like masangsoft! You guys should really stop coping so much about what to add on MVR they're not going to listen or even worse not check forums at all. Let's face it, it's been 6 months and the game still isn't in a okay state (it keeps getting worse due to their negligency about this game). Recent announcement with this "interview" basically infuriated 90% of the entire community with just misleading information(s), lies and greed only to only hide themselves the bad reputation they're currently suffering (and in the past), even though the article looks super blatantly clickbait to only give to that random website "cash money". So I will keep saying the same until everyone listens: This company does not care about this community so please stop posting random MVS stuff, they're not adding anything, nor fix anything. Thank you

Remember back in the day in MV when weapon leveling had nine whole levels? Nowadays, it's all streamlined to just one level per weapon. Sure, they're trying to keep things fair and cut out the pay-to-win stuff, but it's lost some of its charm, you know? It feels like there's less to work towards and customize. Here's my two cents: why not bring back the nine levels, but keep the first upgrade for stats? After that, the levels could focus on making your weapon look cooler—like changing its color and adding that sweet glowing effect we all loved from the old MV days. It's crazy how this is a simple tweak that could make a big difference. We'd get some of that old-school grind back without sacrificing fairness. and its just the tip of the iceberg on how to make the game better. even though I wrote all of this I know that it wont change anything, and its a shame to see and read so many post on how to make the game better but no changes.

Furthermore, I propose consolidating the server options to exclusively feature European (EU) and North American (NA) servers. While it may seem exclusionary, it's crucial to prioritize regions where players are most financially invested. Surprisingly, the absence of an NA server located in California, the world's fourth-largest economy, is perplexing. A strategic move would be to establish a server in Sacramento, the capital of California, catering to both Northern and Southern regions of North America, where the majority of our player base resides. It's essential to acknowledge that the bulk of our players hail from the true North American demographic, as opposed to Central and South America. Furthermore, addressing the issue of RNG (random number generator) is paramount. Many skilled players, particularly those from competitive backgrounds, find this feature irksome. Its inclusion tends to favor less skilled players, providing them with a false sense of proficiency. Removing RNG would garner favor among the more seasoned player base. Regarding the recent adjustments to bazookas and grenades, I advocate for a reversal of these changes. He means zombie 1 v 1 which is a bit fair cause the one who is grandpa is supposed to have 30k hp which is doable with a few dodges and like 2 directshots. The problem is that what he calls a 1 v 1 in zombie is choosing neighbourhood so he can spam up and down the super jump wile hitting the zombie. He called MPL a bad map bcs it has no super jumps and no camping points, yet me and my friends get anywhere around 5 zombie kills on that map even if we are goofing around. He is just trully sad.

Yea and in the interview that PD Leo did, they said it took 20 devs in 1 year to come up with this...

You are right. The only thing i would add is MVS was never p2w. If every item is obtainable by grinding it cant be p2w. If you have enough new ppl playing the game it is fair and fun for them. Instead of playing vs old pro players. Thats the issue the majority are old highly experienced players now. Beginners cant keep up. Even if you gave them all 7 gods they will still lose to old players. This game needs new ppl to be fun or new players will be opressed too much

I know maybe this post it's irrelevant, or maybe they'll not take a look into it, but I'm truly sad about the game situation nowadays, perhaps we kept trying and trying I only see how this it's going down and down and not going up. As a Discord Moderator, we keep trying everything to let them know the situation of the game, but they don't seem to care enough about this. So, if discord mods cannot do anything and only have the chance to send to them information, I'd like to make this forum post. We want all the community expressing how they feel about the game situation, what you'll change of it, but please, do it from the respect since I would like to send this to the team, I hope like this they can wake up. It was nice the first few months, but I feel that what they do is disrespectful and even more so for all the people who have played all the mv that have come out, waiting so long for this game to see its fall so quickly, even so spending up to $100 so that I don't get anything in capsule, I never thought of retiring for that reason, it was the incredible mismanagement of the game and stupid updates that don't take this game anywhere, they have taken away even the most basic thing which was to raise the level weapons , making a boring game and very full of errors, I would like to know what the point was of increasing 1 level per game to level 100 xddddd, but in the end you will always miss what this game once was at its maximum splendor, att Cranco

I'm not really surprised about anything. I stopped playing the moment it got out of beta and just been following and watching the game and the forum as things progress (or decline what you call it). I've been curious how things will go and for how long this will go on for. I'm seriously wondering where the funds are coming from that has been keeping this game "alive". I mean they even recently released the game on Epic store... Is this game even profitable? sad sad sad....

he's actually 26 and was accused multiple times for grooming minor girls since back in the days when Surge was on. i even talked with some of his victims and he is threathening them with sending their faces and nudes in discord servers he seriously have some mental illnesses but he is so god danm of a prick

Let me put some of the main problems here, i'll try to keep it short although it will probably not happen. 𝟏.𝐓𝐨𝐱𝐢𝐜 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 + 𝟎 𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Ignoring the loads of people making absolutely racist/homophobic/dangerous/hateful remarks on both the forum and game with barely any penlties on the forum and absolutely 0 on the game, I have encountered as a zombie player a group of people that i have blocked that are getting totally out of control and are going out of their way to bully everyone who's not like them (𝒏𝒂𝒎𝒆𝒔: 𝒏𝒆𝒌𝟎𝒐𝒐/𝑯𝒂𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒓𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒁, 𝑩𝒅𝒓, 𝒅𝒉𝒎𝒊 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝒇𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒅 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒑). I don't know if they have changed their names in game since neko did change his name to HashiramaZ which is patetic bcs he went from being a toxic kid to bein shadly toxic to me and other people he hated and befriending people that didn't know he used to be neko, I even reported him and wrote about him on the forum with him reciving not even a slap on the wrist for verbally abusing me through dms and ingame mails. The other 2 used to fight with him but they are now a united group and they: verbally abuse people on chat, team in zombie mode to make people quit and focus anybody who is against them like there's no fing tommorow (i have to mention that they play tank and their speed is very very sketchy) afterwards taunting them on chat and abusing people more, kicking the same people, and at some point they started to join lobbies where people they hated played and just spam vote kick on them then leave and join again to spam more. These people alone made a lot of people quit this game, and they played a huge part in my decision to quit the game. 𝟐.𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲: me and other people have made saveral posts detailing problems of the gameplay and what I wrote above and even making suggestions for new sets and other kinds of systems to add to the game (by miracle they nerfed the bazooka after a few months of people crying about it and afterwards somehow they did add a few things from and inventory update i made a long time ago when the game started and me and other people gave them indications on what features to add to the inventory menu). I have, many times made posts about all the problems of zombie mode and although they kinda fixed the glitching problems I gave them details of what me and others zombie players have found to make zombie mode really bad. 𝟑.𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲: this is probably the biggest reason I quit the game, they add totally unrelated sets to the events they bring to the game, and sometimes even the events are unrelated to the moment, like not putting the octoberfest sets in october but putting them later in february with other names. Speaking about names, they had the game files with the actual names of the sets but decided to change them making them absolutely cringe just to fit into certain events. They missmatched sets and switched parts around and made new parts for older full sets that were rly good, making them horrible. Lets also talk about how EVERY SINGLE SET ON NAOMI IS PUT ON SOPHITIA!!!!! (why??? just why???) The prices of rt are much much much too high for the quality of the game they are providing. Taking in consideration the price of rt that is over the roof and not affordable for 99% of the players, they add like 4-5 sets on naomi, adding them to sophitia as well (making it 10) and at least like 2 sets on the otehr characters (not simon and amelia) making it at leats 20 sets at one. That combined with the very bad luck in this game will probably lend you on the amount of 100$/set if you have ok luck. On top of that they chose to add the fact that if you don't get the sets NOW you might never get them again or maybe in a few years if they decide to bring them back. This is beyond selfish and is their way into pressuring people to spend too much money whenever they want to not when the player is able to. 𝟒.𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐏: Although players have been pleading with them to add mp per match system and make mp easier to gain they keep being stingy, last mp capsules season I got some sets bcs i spent a lot of mp, this time around i din't play very much and I didn't spend a dime and i ended up with 20K mp in a few months, which gets you like, what? 5 spins? This is the definition of stingyness and moneyhungry. Tell me how they expect new people to stay and free to play players to remain loyal to the game if the MP is nonexistent. They give almost nothing free to the players, even the free rt system is absolutely trash, you have to play a lot for the smallest amount hoping you will be able to get enough for a full round of spins, guess what? i had membership that gives more daily rt without havign to play for hours and keep playing certain ways to get achievements and missions and it is barely enough to get anything. I have made a post a very long time ago, i think after the first beta, about what keeps me hooked to the game and that is the "coolness" factor. Exactly what brings that coolness to one's experience to make them feel good about playing: having great sets (too expensive to achieve), having grinded for upgraded weapons to show off that you ahve been playing for a long time (not happening), the amazing colors and desgins of the old lvl icons that turlly made you feel that you worked for them, the weapon glow effect (for some people), having friends to play with, owning rare iteams that you can trade and that makes you feel good about having (there is no iteam rarity anymore bcs the luck chance and cost is relativley close for all iteams in the game, there are no more boxes and chests to get iteams with small chance, and without a trading system all iteams have absolutely no rarity). Although I would like to keep bashing them out I will end it here bcs I can write a book about what is wrong with this game, with an ending paragraph about how all of this makes them lose OG players that would've kept the game alive had it been the old mv without the bugs and some p2w aspects of the game. If you want you can see my opinion on what "p2w" means in this game in some (i think) recent posts or i can find it bcs I am way too tired to rewrite every point I made there. And if you are interested in sending them any of the feedback that is not only my oppinion but also of other friend of mine, players I used to play with and random people complaining on the chat in game and on the forum, that I had sumarized before I may be able to find them to send them to you (for the disc mod who amde this post), just because soem have ok structure and you may find, like I said before the some general oppinions, that are totally objective.

Community Engagement: It would be awesome if the microvolts team could be more open with us players having a community manager thats employed by masangsoft and in regular exchange with the devs who's also active on the forums and discord and talks to us regularly would be super cool we want to feel heard you know? Improvement of Anti-Cheat: Seriously the current anti-cheat system is a bit of a joke it's like letting a kid bypass bedtime we definitely need some changes here Gameplay Rewards: Playing the game feels kinda meh right now how about adding some cool rewards for leveling up like extra mp or cool cosmetic items? and maybe spice up the store with more options too. Future of the Game: It'd be great to know what the future holds for the game give us a roadmap of upcoming updates New Maps: Playing the same old maps for years gets stale you know? how about tossing in some fresh ones? that'd be cool for both competitive and casual players Fixing up these areas would be a huge step in the right direction for the game and once these criterias have been met then we can talk about bringing in more players and finally getting that ranked league system we've been promised

I did actually delete everything i wrote bcs i keep getting 403 forbidden and it’s so tiring to scan for things that might cause this in the text even though nothing was bad language over and over again, u guys get the point. He was spam leaving and entering to vote kick me and he actually got kicked after 3-4 times. The other are him going on a rent abt how I hide behind my clan member and he is the best zombie player. Girly I wiped the floor with this guy so many times I can barely count. Go farm more zombie kills in rooms with beginners <3. Since support won’t ban him I am asking people to keep their sanity and just kick and block him so that he can feel banned at least somehow.

I still remember the exciting feeling when MV upgraded to Surge Version, at that time in 2013 there weren't many games to play, it's still an interesting feeling when thinking about it.

Don't forget the coins you can get from gold hammer and rainbow hammer. With those coins you had access to a good part of the accessories you had in the rt capsules.

Every day you could do single wave hard mode (20 round one) and gain 3 coupons by doing it 3 times which took about 30 minutes. 3 coupons x 33 days =99 coupons so literally in a total of 34 days you had a hermes. Also in rt hammers you could gain hermes aswell though it only had a 0.5% chance of dropping. All without spending a penny. Thats what made this game fun. It allowed players to get every item without spending AND retaining the fun aspect.

If anyone has this problem, do it from your phone, it works.

It does not matter when or how long they have been working on this game. The game is already finished. They only needed to tweak and possibly adding some stuff. But none of that is what is upsetting people. It's the lack of vision. There is no plan. They basically released a game from 2011 in 2024 with "balance" adjustments and no p2w included. But they are doing it all wrong... imo they would have been better of releasing the game exactly as it was. (perfect? no) I'm just looking at all this wondering what in the world the plan was. Is there even a profit of any kind?

I'm not one to just take their side, as even us moderators aren't nearly satisfied with how our game is being treated, but I believe work on Microvolts Recharged began in like 2021(?) I believe they said? With a very small team, who were not familiar with the original game as well. The developers are good people, I believe the issue lies above them, as with most issues when it comes to games with a dissatisfied community.

You are right, and I have countless of times gotten almost nothing with plenty of rt to win an enire set. They should 100% make the rt much more affordable or double the winning rates, cause i span almost 20 spins for the golden riffle this patch and i got nothing, and 191 rt/spin it's very, very expensive.

I haven't been in the game for months, but the main server I played on was EU servers due to NA having legit no one to play with. IMO, again, IMHO EU servers was straight up unhinged bruh lol... I thought NA was crazy because every now and then we had those type of people. Nah, EU it was every game I played in, like sh*t. I never saw so much racist/hateful stuff said between players. I honestly just kept to myself and barely engaged with anyone because it was that bad.

I haven't heard anything about employees being mistreated, although they limit what they say quite a bit so that wouldn't be shared anyways. They get quite a bit of vacation time and stuff though from the company, but that might just be standard where they're located. Everyone I've spoken to at Masangsoft are very pleasant people, I would never put any blame on the people who aren't at the top. When it comes to their plans, I wish we had been given a roadmap but no it was almost just as vague as I was being. If I had more information to share, and was allowed to share more details, I would. What is coming should be sizeable enough to bring back some players and some interest in the game, especially if done well, although this should have came out far sooner.
